The following activities are strictly prohibited on the picks platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

- Match fixing or betting using insider information.
- Using automated bots or software to place bets.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

Picks reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- If evidence of fraud or deceptive activity is found.
- Providing false information during KYC verification.
- Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
Upon account closure, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture due to a breach of these rules.
